Find heart rate information:
To get the most out of being physically active and improve your health you need to make sure that your heart and lungs are more active too. A good way to tell if your heart and lungs are more active is to measure your heart rate (how many heartbeats per minute). To do this you’ll need to know more about “Resting Heart Rate” (your heart rate when resting) and “Target Heart Rates” (your heart rate when active). You can find out more about resting and target heart rates by visiting the American Heart Association's web site.
