Healthy Portland is a Program of the City of Portland, Public Health Division, Health and Human Services Department. We work with our partners to improve the health and well-being of folks who live and work in Portland. Our Program Coordinator, Community Healthy Promotion Specialist and Program Assistant work out of our central office, while our School Health Coordinator is located within the Portland Public School system. With the help of our partners, we work to impact health at your home, in your community, at your work and at your local schools.
